This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using our website, mobile app, and platform services (“Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, all users agree to comply strictly with this policy. Breaches may result in account suspension, legal action, fines, and permanent bans.

1. Platform Use Restrictions

You must only use the Platform for lawful, authorised purposes. You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Share your account access with others
• Attempt to bypass or disable app tracking
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
• Post, upload, or send harmful, abusive, defamatory, or illegal content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Use the Platform to make private deals outside our system

2. Strict Ban on Off-Platform Deals

All job bookings, payments, and communication must take place within the Platform.

If any user — contractor or operative — is found to:

• Exchange personal contact information within the Platform
• Arrange side-deals, shifts, or jobs outside the app
• Attempt to poach or rehire operatives privately

Connect Skilled Contractors Service LTD reserves the right to:

• Permanently suspend or ban your account
• Issue fines of up to £25,000 per operative
• Initiate legal action through small or high courts in the UK
• Pursue compensation for loss of business or breach of contract

3. Poaching & Worker Retention Clause

All operatives remain under the exclusive management of Connect Skilled Contractors Service LTD.

Any contractor found hiring, contacting, or attempting to rehire operatives directly will be in violation of our business agreement. We will:

• Treat this as a serious legal breach
• Investigate using location tracking and chat logs
• Recover damages through UK civil courts
• Block IP and permanently disable account access

4. Location & Communication Monitoring

Our system uses Google Maps API and tracking services to:

• Confirm location at job sites
• Detect suspicious movements
• Monitor job performance
• Validate hours worked

All communications within the app are logged, timestamped, and monitored for fraud prevention and compliance purposes.

5. System Security and Abuse

You must not:

• Scrape or extract data from our Platform
• Use bots, spiders, or scripts to monitor or copy site/app content
• Attempt to access user profiles, data, or contracts outside your scope
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code

We monitor IP activity. Suspicious behavior will result in immediate account suspension and potential reporting to authorities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, code, design, databases, contracts, job listings, and user profiles, is the intellectual property of Connect Skilled Contractors Service LTD or licensed to us.

You may not copy, reproduce, share, or repurpose any part of the Platform without written permission.

7. Enforcement & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if:

• You breach any clause in this policy
• You attempt to misuse the platform or defraud the company
• You endanger the platform’s security, operations, or fairness

Violators may also face legal action and financial liability.

8. Modifications

This policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the latest version.
